At the end of an unprecedented year, we could all use good news. Yet, 2021 is going to bring both continued instability along with optimism and enthusiasm for building anew. It will be a year of more change and one that won’t be easy or comfortable. It will demand hard work by industry and by we humans to learn and adapt. We will need to dig deep and muster up more resilience, building on what we amassed in 2020. Yet, it will be in service to a significant turning point, moving towards a future and a way of life that is all for the better.
