2020 Forecast – Consumer – Distracted & Engaged

It’s going to be a crazy year, and consumers are either going to be distracted and checked out, or they’re going to be engaged and active, wanting to impact the results of the U.S. election or address ills in the world.

In this year of anticipation, consumers will be seeking lightheartedness, fun, and stress relief. Is it any wonder that Millennials today are attracted to astrology, that Pantone’s color of the year is a calming, confidence instilling Blue, or that meditation continues to be a booming business?
